CONCEPT OBJECTIVE & VISION OF THE COMPANY

Although the idea may seem new ,when they decide to start a company wanted to be "which not one among 100 but one in 100" but din't have funds to invest in But at the same time din't like to have 19th centuary kind of one a office where "People might drive in to the office each day " and also “Why would we pay money for office space when it doesn’t affect how we are & still be effective in our present jobs?” then they came up with this concept of working over the Internet one like,
Shankar says we decided to have distributed team "A distributed team is any team that has geographically separated members, people working different shifts or people who are culturally distributed" but were not sure whether they're making a sucess of it or not and also says they din't want to make this another group or community but more of a common platform which vastes To give solutions & Service from Architecture,Animation to Brand identity, chain management to media consulting and health sector to telecom in which make the client\person or the involve in the project who gives it than to sit back & ask for results

Technology such as e-mail makes it simple for a member in California/London to compose a proposal and then shoot it off to someone as far away as Asia/Australia to get feedback. To be a boon to their operations. Although There were a lot of questions to answer: How would they hold meetings? How would they collaborate? Clients also ask questions: How do you know your teams working? How will you communicate with me? which is doing its second project and sucessfully done its first

Kenny says the company has used many different techniques to manage their communication and run the business, but “it’s not as much science as trial and error.” Here’s how we run their firm: “We hire people we know or who come highly recommended from colleagues we respect and trust,” he says. “That’s worked well; we haven’t fired anybody. Every hire has been a unique person.” which has already many people

Then their is a virtual interview by their commities like ( by technical for technical guy & maneagement one for managerial guy)

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES TO THE COMPANY

He notes that businesses that the by this concept can have access to best technical experts, who often are in another city, state or country. Such working relationships enable companies and employees who might not have been able to work together before to become team members. The benefit is two-sided. Although the company benefits from having access to the experts, the experts themselves are not required to travel or relocate in order to work on projects

MEMBERS MUST ADAPT

Amin says for every project, specific, detailed roles, responsibilities and deadlines are laid out for each member. “We assign them to each team member and talk them through the responsibilities (e.g., Send agenda by 5 p.m., Saturday GMT ),” he says.

* Weekly progress reports are delivered to each client. “We’re not doing it to just look over people’s shoulders,” “We use it week to week to track the progress of any project by comparing reports side by side.”

* After each meeting, action items are recapped and assigned to teams. This allows the firm to easily track the progress of a to-do from meeting to meeting.

He notes it has its main teams . Spreading out their expertise is wise because if either location were to be struck by a disaster, the company would be able to continue operations in the other team.

Although it seems a simple solution to send back and forth written documents via e-mail, for example, such a setup is not without its problems. Many people , for example, have difficulty adjusting to the concept of supervising people who are not in the next cubicle.

Many people who thrive in an environment with less person-to-person contact, but the flipside of this independence is workers must be self-motivated to stay on task. In addition, the camaraderie people feel when they work side by side often is missing from virtual work relationships. "One advantage of this is being in a work environment where your supervisor is not constantly looking over your shoulder," amin explains. "Yet you may feel disconnected from the office and feel alone. When you primarily communicate with people via technology, you do not develop the 'water cooler' relationships you have with coworkers in an actual office."

Setting ground rules for communicating and work schedules & trust is crucial to running successful . When you're used to walking down the hall to hand a colleague a document to review, it's quite a shock to realize suddenly the person who reviews your work is halfway across the country. Different time zones and work schedules can be a source of frustration for members who are used to having instant response. To combat this problem, it's wise for team members to decide what time of day and how often they will review their incoming e-mail and how quickly they will respond to requests.

* Project incharge check in with their teams weekly just to see how they’re doing, how they feel about their projects, their workload and how their personal lives are going. shankar calls it a “mental health check.” “A lot of times once you get somebody to talk, other things come out,” he says. “We try to make it very open and comfortable for people to talk to us.”

Remember no one with us are treated as employees we all are one that make even the newest person who has come to directly put his views in the boardroom or directly to the top people which is not actully possiable in a regular office

Advancing technology makes it easier for us to put together teams of people in different locations. Although this idea of working from your home or being part of an organization in which your nearest co-worker is miles away may be appealing, it's not something that can happen smothly overnight.

"This is becoming increasingly prevalent," He says. "In the future, all teams will involve some type of setup. However, it is part of the infrastructure of the organization-it's not something one person can do alone."

The world may be shrinking because of technology, but one thing is for certain we are only getting bigger & better.
